Chuck Allen, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), works with individuals and organizations to improve relationships and to increase levels of success and satisfaction.
His professional career has taken him through such diverse fields as public relations, public health, technical writing, journalism, event planning and child development. As the owner of a technology consulting firm specializing in the entertainment industry, Chuck brings more than 18 years of
experience as a consultant and an
entrepreneur to his business clients.
Chuck is the Past President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach
Federation. He is on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and he is
an Executive Coach for the Executive MBA Program of Loyola Marymount University. He is a certified Bigger Game coach/consultant, and a licensed Bigger Game workshop leader.
Chuck was awarded his CPCC coaching certification by CTI. He is a graduate of CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program and the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching Program of the Center for Right Relationship.
Chuck’s warm, personable and playful approach enables him to break down barriers and quickly tackle core issues in a non-threatening manner. He passionately advocates for fulfillment, compassion for self and others, and the creative power of possibility.

Lee K. Broekman, MA, is
passionate about coaching and the deep impact it has on companies and
individuals. With extensive experience as a communication and leadership
trainer, she designs and facilitates workshops that increase confidence,
collaboration, personal and professional success. She has taught
several courses at USC's Annenberg School for Communication and Marshall
School of Business, and is currently on the Communications Department
faculty of the American Jewish University in Los Angeles (formerly University
of Judaism).
Experience across several sectors allows Broekman to tailor
training seminars for a variety of groups. Her background includes
positions in business, media, government and political organizations.
She authored motions and press releases while representing elected
officials on the Los Angeles City Council, and served as a Council spokesperson
in front of city, county, state and federal commissions. Broekman's
media experience includes conducting field reporting for public affairs
news programs, and producing television spots for political candidates.
She served as a lobbyist for reputable agencies, and managed communications
for top rated financial companies.
Broekman's coaching skills draw on training from the prestigious
Coaches Training Institute (accredited by the International Coach Federation,
ICF), Coro's leadership training program and Rotary International's Ambassadorial
Program. She received her Master's degree in Communication Management
from the Annenberg School for Communication at USC and earned a graduate
certificate in European Communication Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
