Stacey is an executive coach and facilitator, with a focus on talent management, career development and diversity and inclusion. She partners with organizations to inspire and support peak performance, enhance working relationships, maximize team effectiveness and create more inclusive cultures. She draws on 17 years as a lawyer and trusted advisor to leaders of large international law firms, where she has coached hundreds of professionals, helping them to develop skills, habits, self-awareness and confidence that transform behavior and maximize impact. Stacey has developed and delivered interactive, customized training and programming on a range of topics including career strategy, performance management and feedback, mentoring, business development and networking, career transition and interview skills, diversity and inclusion, reducing unconscious bias and career re-entry. Stacey practiced as a litigator at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and held leadership positions in professional development and diversity and inclusion at Weil Gotshal & Manges, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom and Proskauer.
